Mountainview Dental

Description

Contributing to the growing urban fabric of Ridgefield Washington, CIDA worked with Mountainview Dental to add a new clinic to the expanding city. The 8,000 square foot building is divided into four spaces. A 4,000 square foot dental clinic accompanied by three 1,150 square foot mixed use/retail spaces. The building shell uses aluminum plank siding, clay masonry, and board and batten to bring a sleek form factor under its two sloped roofs. Along the public right of way sits a copper feature wall which aims to highlight the building as pedestrians and motorists travel along Pioneer St. The mixed-use spaces also sit along the right of way allowing for easier accessibility and prominent signage for future tenants.
