Woodstock Apartments

Description

The Woodstock Apartments are a brand-new development on a single lot with one multi-family, 23-unit apartment building in the heart of the Woodstock neighborhood. The building is replacing a single-family home to help encourage density along the frontage of Woodstock Boulevard. Structural and interior design services at CIDA are included in this project. The traditional material façades of the neighborhood are utilized on this development to fit the character of the neighborhood where an affordable housing need has been identified.
