Alden Apartments Clubhouse & Pool House Renovation
Description
CIDA partnered with the property owner to renovate and enhance the Alden Apartments’ clubhouse and pool house facilities. The updated 1,350 SF wood-framed clubhouse features new offices, a fitness room, yoga studio, and upgraded restrooms, all designed to better serve the community’s needs. The project also included an expanded covered BBQ area to support outdoor gatherings and resident events.
