Description
The Vine Street Building was completely remodeled from multiple-tenant uses and multiple levels to provide a new PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility. PACE provides inclusive healthcare and social services for Seniors who qualify for nursing home level of care, but prefer to receive at-home care. CIDA’s scope of work included site alterations, a new elevator, structural engineering, commercial kitchen coordination, interior finish selection, FF&E assistance and coordination with medical suppliers.
