Legacy Woodburn Diagnostic Imaging
I’m thrilled to share that the Woodburn Diagnostic Imaging Center officially opened its doors on May 19, 2025 – marking a major milestone in a journey that began in early 2023. Thanks to the incredible partnership between Legacy, Cresa, Swinerton, and CIDA, we now have a state-of-the-art, patient-centered facility designed for efficient workflow and modern care delivery.
After a thoughtful replan last year, we delivered on schedule, within budget, and in scope – a true testament to our team’s dedication and collaboration.
Here are some early indicators of success:
- 211 appointments and 187 patients seen in just the first 4 days (as of 5/23)
- $120.5K in charges generated (excluding no-shows/cancellations)
- Strong positive feedback from both patients and providers
- Successful outreach efforts driving awareness of our services
It’s been an honor to serve as the project manager for this initiative. I am incredibly grateful for the teamwork, perseverance, and care that brought this vision to life.

Description
CIDA provided design services to Legacy for the relocation of an existing Legacy clinic to the Woodburn Health Center, transforming the former conference suite into a state-of-the-art imaging clinic. The remodel introduced advanced modalities including MRI, CT, two x-ray rooms, two mammography machines, two ultrasound rooms, and a DEXA machine. To further enhance functionality, the project incorporated new offices, staff areas, and a welcoming clinic entrance. Approved and licensed through the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), this facility brings expanded imaging services and improved access to care for surrounding communities.
