Hoh Indian Tribe Masterplan
Description
CIDA is part of a multi-disciplinary design team helping the Hoh Indian Tribe’s relocation efforts. The current tribal housing and administrative offices are located within the tsunami inundation zone at the mount of the Hoh River along the NW Washington Coast.
CIDA is supporting Red Plains Professional with developing a long-term masterplan of recently acquired land above the tsunami inundation zone. This masterplan, developed in concert with FEMA and other federal agency input and coordination, will include several phases of housing, tribal administrative and government buildings, a resiliency building, a health clinic, community center, early learning center, and indoor and outdoor community spaces are planned.
