CIDA provided design services for the addition and remodel of an existing convenience store located adjacent to the Swinomish Tribe’s Northern Lights Casino in Anacortes, Washington. The updated facility expanded retail capacity to include liquor sales and enhanced convenience for both Tribal members and visitors.

The project included a 4,200-square-foot addition, new exterior canopies, and roof framing modifications at the main entrance. Designed to complement the surrounding casino complex, the renovation created a cohesive and modern retail environment that supports the Swinomish Tribe’s economic development initiatives.
