D&T Excavation – Multi-Bay Maintenance Facility

Description

CIDA is providing design services for a new multi-bay shop to support the maintenance of D&T Excavation’s heavy earthwork machinery. The planned facility includes four service bays equipped with 10-ton crane coverage, designed to accommodate large equipment and streamline repair operations.

The 14,600 SF building (12,000 SF on the first floor and 2,600 SF on the second floor) will be constructed within D&T’s existing yard in Sherwood, Oregon. Situated on a 4.6-acre site, the new facility will enhance the company’s ability to maintain its expanding fleet and improve overall operational efficiency.
