Affordable Housing with a Veteran-Preferred Focus

Hillcrest Village is a new community in Grants Pass that will provide 36 units of veteran-preferred affordable housing along with a community service building. Designed with both comfort and sustainability in mind, each unit includes:

  • In-unit washer & dryer

  • Air conditioning

  • Energy-efficient fixtures

  • Thoughtful layouts to support safe and quality living

This project helps address the critical need for affordable housing in Southern Oregon, with at least half of the units reserved for veterans.
