BSD Mountainside Training Facilities
Description
CIDA collaborated with Perlo Construction and the Beaverton School District to deliver two new batting cage and agility training facilities at Mountainside High School. Designed as pre-engineered metal buildings and strategically located between existing sports fields, the facilities provide versatile year-round training opportunities for student-athletes.
Each building is equipped with overhead doors and retractable netting, creating flexible spaces that can adapt to different training needs. Because construction took place on an active school campus, careful planning and coordination were essential to ensure safety and uninterrupted access to the fields throughout the project.
These new facilities represent a significant investment in the athletic programs at Mountainside High School, enhancing opportunities for both baseball and softball players while strengthening the school’s overall athletic offerings.
