281 at The Crossing

Description

Located at the rear of a LEED Certified master planned development, 281 is a mixed-use dental and retail structure designed to house the owner’s general dental practice.  The structure is wood framed with LVL studs to give it the height needed for visual presence from Lewis and Clark Highway.  The building features custom steel fabricated exterior light inserts, acrylic-based stucco and shop-finished natural cedar siding.
