Description

“We want something unique to us” – That is how our conversation with the owner group for Scotton Landing began. Located in a city whose commercial architectural landscape isn’t exactly known for it’s diversity, we aimed to give our clients new dental offices a professional aesthetic using timeless materials and sleek form. The building features two 4,000 square foot dental suites with a common core that ties the public right of way to the main entry. Building shell materials include clay masonry, aluminum plank siding, box rib-profiled metal panel siding and standing seam metal roofing.
