Monterey Plaza

Description

Monterey Plaza is a three-story office building designed to provide flexible space suitable for general Class A office or medical office tenants. CIDA worked with Clackamas County to utilize excess county land and to develop the prominent site across from Clackamas Town Center for its highest and best use. The building includes a unique tenant stairway that provided secure connection for the two-floor tenant space.
