OMD Camp Umatilla RTI Barracks and Officers’ Quarters

Description

CIDA provided full architectural design services for the OMD Camp Umatilla RTI Barracks and Officers’ Quarters at the Rees Training Center in Hermiston, Oregon. The project includes two new 16,600-square-foot barracks buildings, one serving RTI students and the other serving officers. Each building contains 39 residential units, a shared common area with a kitchenette, and supporting amenities, along with significant site improvements to enhance functionality and circulation. The project has reached final completion of the RTI barracks, with the officers’ quarters following close behind, delivering modern, durable facilities that support training operations and daily living needs.
