Description
CIDA and Fortis are leading the transformation of the Oregon Army National Guard Armory in Corvallis through a thoughtful renovation and strategic 5,000 SF addition. This Design-Build project modernizes and extends the existing facility to meet current Oregon Military Department standards, supporting the Guard’s evolving operational needs.
The renovation includes seismic upgrades, energy-efficient window and storefront systems, updated lighting, and refreshed interior finishes. These improvements will allow for the seamless relocation of key functions into the new addition, enhancing both safety and functionality.
The addition introduces new office areas, break rooms, and shower-equipped restroom facilities—delivering a more comfortable, efficient environment for those who serve. Designed with flexibility and durability in mind, this 19,365 SF facility will continue to serve the Guard and community well into the future.
