CIDA is providing design services for targeted renovations at Avex Aviation’s facility in Camarillo, California. The interior scope focuses on approximately 9,300 square feet of improvements to administration, storage, and staff support areas, enhancing daily operations and employee comfort.

Exterior upgrades are modest but impactful, including the selection of new paint and the addition of accent metal cladding at the building’s southwest corner, covering less than 400 square feet. The project also includes the installation of two new free-standing metal canopies at existing man doors on the east side of the building to provide added protection and visual interest.

These updates support both function and aesthetics, helping Avex maintain a modern, professional environment that reflects the precision of their aviation services.
