MV Advancements – Center for Advancement

CIDA, along with Andrew Scott Construction, has recently completed the new corporate headquarters for MV Advancements, a McMinnville-based nonprofit. The finished headquarters further supports MV Advancements’ mission to help people with disabilities develop their highest potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Located at 600 S.E. Baker St., the new building includes offices, flexible workspaces for field-based staff, small client meeting rooms, and larger conference spaces. A future Phase 2 will add client apartments across the parking lot overlooking the Cozine Creek ravine, providing convenient access to services while supporting independent living.
