Deschutes County Master Plan and Administration Building
Description
New $12.3M building for Deschutes County. The building houses general offices for Deschutes County, State of Oregon Human Resources and Justice Departments. Our master plan for the County Services Campus ensured that the new building would fit into a long-term growth scenario for the development of the County service core. The building was designed to accommodate anticipated service growth for 20 years and is one of the least expensive government building of its genre.
