Non-profit groups make up an important segment of CIDA’s project portfolio. It is for this reason that we provide unparalleled services to our non-profit clients. We design with the intention of improving the communities and people our projects impact. This is most impactful and apparent in our non-profit work. In addition to concentrating on the end users’ goals, we understand that budgets – construction, operational and maintenance – must be at the forefront of project team discussions. The latter of these is all-too-often underfunded requiring additional consideration to product life expectancy, durability and even flexibility of spatial functions during design and construction.
