Southwest Hills Baptist Church

Located across SW 135th Ave from Hiteon Elementary School, Southwest Hills Baptist Church Addition is a G7-12 private school and chapel addition to an existing church, including 10 classrooms, large event space and support offices. The project aims to consolidate the church’s offsite Cor Deo school program with its existing on-site PK-5 school as well as accommodate current and trending church program growth. The land use process for the new addition involves a major modification to an existing conditional use. The new addition will be a combination of pre-engineered metal building and stick frame, and is currently expected to be built in three phases with completion in Fall of 2022.
