Spirit Mountain RV Park & Clubhouse
Description
Spirit Mountain RV Park Development
The project included the adaptive reuse of the former Playworld Building, converting the existing facility into the RV park’s registration and guest services center. Renovations included interior reconfiguration, finish selections, new entry enhancements, and architectural improvements designed to create a welcoming and memorable arrival experience for guests. CIDA also designed a covered pedestrian walkway connecting key amenities throughout the development.
As part of the overall RV park expansion, CIDA designed a variety of guest-focused facilities, including a registration area, a large multi-purpose gathering space, public restrooms with multi-stall facilities organized around a central utility chase, four single-use shower rooms, and a laundry facility with integrated vending amenities. The design prioritized durability, accessibility, ease of maintenance, and compatibility with the broader Spirit Mountain campus aesthetic.
Working closely with the Spirit Mountain team, CIDA developed architectural solutions that balanced guest comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term value while supporting the Tribe’s vision for an enhanced hospitality destination that complements the casino resort experience.
