This clinic packed a lot of power into a small space, providing separate cat & dog waiting areas, reception, 4 exams, laundry, dog wash, open treatment, isolation ward, surgery, X-Ray, cat & dog kennels, lab/pharmacy, private office, and staff break area into an older building to serve the need of the community.  CIDA worked with the veterinarian, building owner, and general contractor to work around the gifts that older buildings can bestow upon remodel work, all the while keeping in mind the budget constraints of this local veterinarian who was striking out on their own for the first time.
