Description

This project is a new ground-up 4,050 square foot wood framed medical office building located in Vancouver Washington. This site is situated within a residential neighborhood and was designed to contextually complement the surroundings. The design focuses on bringing natural light into key spaces within the interior of the building, particularly the interior rooms including the treatment area and the lobby. The interior layout is concentric with the treatment area at the core, the exam room, massage rooms and x-ray surrounding the core, and additional staff support spaces along the exterior. The construction is a simple truss solution that allows for the light to infiltrate the interior spaces while maintaining economic construction.
