CIDA was contracted in 2016 to assist Health Wright Products with a smaller internal expansion within the production area but through our first meeting suggested a step back and master planning review of the processes and expansion desires. Through this process it was determined that relocation of some ‘key’ components was required to optimize the production facility. This multi-phase construction was strategically planned to accommodate continuous operations throughout while the capital investment allowed the facility to function holistically in a new GMP / OTC compliant manufacturing space with encapsulation suites, production lines, storage and highly controlled HVAC and cleaning efficiencies. Health Wright Products was a multi-phase project. Phase I was a 40,715 SF two story tenant improvement within an existing 120,438 SF tilt-up warehouse space. Health Wright Products is an NSF GMP and Sport certified facility. The project included thirteen new two-story encapsulation suites, a new washroom, new mechanical and maintenance spaces.

Phase II was recently completed in May 2023 and converted warehouse space to manufacturing space and extended the 2017 2^nd floor. The tenant improvement includes 6,876 SF of new manufacturing space and 15,044 SF of specialized storage.
