Port of Camas-Washougal Building 20

Description

CIDA partnered with the Port of Camas-Washougal on a 49,500 SF pre-engineered metal building in Steigerwald Commerce Park, designed for up to fifteen (15) speculative tenants. At shell completion in March 2023, the building was nearly 100% leased.

The Design-Bid-Build project includes fifteen (15) 30′ x 110′ bays, easily combined or divided, with grade-level and dock-high doors for flexible light industrial use. Clear heights and plumbing were designed to support future office build-outs and mezzanines. The design reflects lessons from past Port projects and advances the park’s continued success.
