WSPI Fuel Building Remodel

Description

Conversion of a historic brick wood fuel storage building that was originally constructed for the Brooks-Scanlon Lumber Company and is now part of Bend’s Old Mill District. Remodel included two additional stories within the original building shell. Original uses included Saxon’s Fine Jewelers, and a restaurant/distillery for Bend Distillery, located on the upper floors.
