VHA Englund Manor Apartments

Description

Located in Vancouver, Washington, Englund Manor is a two-story, 29-unit apartment building which provides subsidized housing for seniors. CIDA was asked by the Vancouver Housing Authority and Columbia Non-Profit Housing to provide architectural, structural, and interior design services for this independent living community. Exterior work includes a full exterior re-clad and envelope improvements. Interior work includes updating common areas, improving building systems, improving energy efficiency as well as improving accessibility throughout. CIDA’s scope of work also includes designing future upgrades to each dwelling unit, inclusive of new kitchen configurations that provide greater accessibility to residents, fixture upgrades, upgrade HVAC, lighting and finishes.
