Valley Community Presbyterian Church

Description

CIDA was retained by Valley Community Presbyterian Church (VCPC) and has worked alongside them in a multi-phase existing building upgrade. CIDA worked hand-in-hand with their board to identify the current and projected needs of the facility and its congregation. With that direction, CIDA created a facility master plan that included modernization of the exterior façade, replacement and redesign of the courtyard (including flow and function of the existing), new ADA access and site improvements in the current phase. All designs were mindful of the flexibility of the future phases including revamping of the first floor, upgrading uses in auxiliary buildings and the possibility to expand onto vacant lots to the south.
