This tenant improvement project revitalizes Table Community Church through thoughtful interior and exterior upgrades that enhance accessibility, functionality, and visual identity. Site improvements focus on ADA compliance, including re-striping parking to relocate accessible stalls along the shortest code-compliant path to the main entry, and adding new concrete landings at egress doors to support safe, inclusive access.

Exterior upgrades include a new metal roof, updated cladding, new windows, refreshed signage, and a cohesive paint palette that gives the building a renewed presence. Inside, reconfigured spaces support the church’s programmatic needs while improving accessibility and circulation throughout the 9,760-square-foot facility, creating a welcoming environment for the congregation and community it serves.
