Papé – Kenworth
Description
CIDA worked with Papé Group as they looked to expand their footprint in the Pacific Northwest. This project is one of two proposed buildings located on their Yakima Washington site and houses their Kenworth Trucks dealership. Kenworth specializes in commercial semi-trucks and other large utility trucks. The building is approximately a 32,000 square foot two-story building with a showroom and maintenance shop on the first floor and offices on the second.
