Description
Papé Ditch Witch located in Gresham, Oregon was completed in April 2024. The project consisted of the new construction of a 26,135 square-foot 2-story pre-engineered metal building and associated site development. The major building components included a 10-bay maintenance shop, a wash bay, above ground covered fuel tank, parts warehouse with small parts storage mezzanine, retail showroom, and offices. In addition to architectural and structural design services, CIDA was responsible for land use approval, permitting and construction administration.
