Nosler – Redmond

Description

Nosler’s new ammunition manufacturing and distribution building marks the first of a multi-phase relocation from their headquarters in Bend to their new 20.42 acre campus in Redmond. The building is concrete tilt-up with a slab-on-grade foundation and long span open web steel roof joists. In addition to warehouse and offices the new building houses approximately 10,000 square feet of High Hazard ‘H-2’ occupancy where open processes utilizing smokeless powder are used in the final bullet assembly.
