Fox Retail – Lebanon
Description
CIDA was hired to build a new Starbucks in Lebanon and to renovate an existing building on the same lot for speculative retail. Phase A is a 5,000 SF ground-up wood framed multi-tenant retail building with Starbucks as the Hub Tenant. The project included full build-out of the Starbucks tenant space with remaining tenants designed as a warm shell.
Phase B is an existing concrete tilt-up structure originally constructed as a car dealership and service shop in the 1970’s and used as such until shortly before this remodel. The project entailed demolishing approximately 12,000 square feet of the existing structure to accommodate Phase A, requiring extensive roof and wall shoring. Upon completion of the first phase the remaining portion of Building B was infilled and repurposed for speculative retail, incorporating materials from the demolished roof diaphragm for exterior siding.
