Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Wellness Center
It is with great pleasure that I recommend the CIDA Team. I had the opportunity to work the CIDA Team on a number of projects at the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Tribal Campus. All of which were completed, on time, in budget, and perfectly matching our needs and expectations.
Their expertise in medical and pharmacy design allowed us to maximize our space and improve patient flow which was critical to the success of our clinic remodel and expansion.
In my twenty years of managing projects for Tribes I have never worked with a more dedicated and responsive architectural team and recommend their services without reservation.

Description
CIDA partnered with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to modernize and enhance their Wellness Center, delivering a full suite of services including space planning, architectural design, structural engineering, and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems. From initial design through construction administration, CIDA guided the project to meet the Tribe’s growing healthcare needs.
The existing facility struggled with inefficiencies and space limitations that hindered patient care. The upgrades focused on improving workflow, ensuring medication security, and maintaining patient confidentiality. A key component of the project was the pharmacy expansion, which introduced versatile medication storage solutions to optimize circulation, address staffing needs, and enhance overall functionality.
By engaging suppliers, vendors, and staff early in the design process, CIDA ensured that equipment and layout decisions supported the Wellness Center’s operational goals. This collaborative approach resulted in a facility that is better equipped to serve the health and well-being of the community.
