Children’s Hour Academy
Description
CIDA worked with the building owner and Children’s Hour Academy to allow them to consolidate their two facilities including daycare services integrated with a school for Kindergarten through 6th grades into a single location. The building has 15 classrooms, a cafeteria, gymnasium, outdoor play area and supporting facilities and totaled 17,500 square feet. Conditional Use approval was required to allow the school to locate in an industrial zone. CIDA provided Architectural, Structural, Civil Engineering & Interior Design services.
