Guidepost Montessori – Beaverton

Description

The project included extensive interior and exterior improvements to convert an existing restaurant to a new Guidepost Montessori childcare center.  The building was approximately 6,000 square feet and became five new classroom spaces along with a kitchen and staff service area.  Approximately 7,500 square feet of the site was converted from parking area to exterior play areas.  The parking area was revised to accommodate one-way traffic and a drop off zone.
