TSA Albany Chapel & Community Center
“I have found working with CIDA to be an enjoyable experience. I have found all of their representatives to be knowledgeable in their particular field of expertise. They are willing to listen and make changes where desired or necessary. They are quick to make suggestions as well. I would be very happy to work with them on future projects should the need arise.”
Floyd Bacon, Major
Albany Corps Officer
Description
CIDA provided services for the adaptive re-use of this building for The Salvation Army. The facility serves 700 families per month and provides meeting, learning, and activity centers for local seniors, youth, and families. CIDA rendered documents used for the capital campaign efforts and assisted with gift-in-kind identification.
Efforts focused on phased construction with the immediate maintenance needs of the building being addressed as the capital campaign continues to raise funds.
