Description
This project involved transforming the 26,503 SF, three-story Red Lion Motel in Seaside, Oregon, into workforce and supportive housing units with integrated community spaces. The first floor features on-site supportive services, addressing a critical need in the community. The supportive housing units have seen high demand, while the workforce housing aims to help our healthcare partners attract and retain top talent. Delivered as a Design-Build collaboration with Bremik Construction, this project showcases innovative solutions for housing challenges.
