Old Mill District – REI

Description

CIDA was the Architect of Record and Structural engineer for the conversion of two historic brick power generation building that were originally constructed for the Brooks-Scanlon Lumber Company and is now part of Bend’s Old Mill District. Remodel included linking the buildings into one building and adding a second floor. The remodel was designed specifically for REI. The schematic design was done by Mithun with CIDA responsible for the design development, contract documents, structural engineering, and construction related services.
