Leupold & Stevens Distribution Facility
Description
CIDA worked with Leupold & Stevens and Stratus Developers to site a new 40,000 square foot concrete tilt distribution warehouse with two story offices and a showroom. The site was previously used for expansion parking and is connected to their main facility with walking paths, as well as a vehicular bridge. Challenges for the new development included minimizing impact to the on-site wetland, street improvements, coordination of truck loading with existing drives and adjacent development. Construction was completed in December 2022.
