A project that is notable is the AllCare Health Corporate Office Headquarters. This is a three story 46,000 square foot durable brick structure with traditional punched window openings and a curved curtain wall corner that projects openness and transparency. The building is designed to house 150 employees and features a community conference center with adjacent plaza area and catering kitchen.
Beyond envisioning an overall campus master plan with several buildings providing multiple services to the community, CIDA worked directly with key heads of multiple departments to identify programming and adjacency needs, allowing for consolidation of services that had been housed at three separate properties into this new building. The final design and interior finish package were selected to promote regional connection, forward thinking and a sense of welcoming to all users of the facility. This building was the Winner of the 2018 DJC Top Projects: 3rd Place Office and the 2017 People’s Choice Award (AIA Southern Oregon Chapter).
