CIDA was the Architect of Record and Structural engineer for the conversion of two historic brick power generation building that were originally constructed for the Brooks-Scanlon Lumber Company and is now part of Bend’s Old Mill District. Remodel included linking the buildings into one building and adding a second floor. The remodel was designed specifically for REI.
