The Springs Living – Clackamas Woods AL Addition

Description

The Springs Living is the gold standard for senior living in Oregon and we were honored to be a part of improving their original senior living campus with this pair of additions. This project involved connecting two sets of two 8,500 square foot assisted living buildings with a new common area, adding two living units to each and remodeling the kitchen, administrative and circulation spaces. The end product is two 19,185 square foot assisted living buildings, 25 units each, with a common Great Room, Dining Room and Recreation Space. Perhaps the best amenity created by joining these satellite buildings is the increase in social interaction amongst the now-joined assisted living communities.
