The NW Line JATC Building won multiple awards in 2023 and 2024 including the Vancouver DJC Top Project Award and the American Buildings 2024 Building of the Year Excellence in Design Award!
The eagerly awaited Excellence in Design Awards contest was open for all American Buildings Authorized Builders. This competition celebrates Builders’ metal building projects, highlighting their innovative use, varied applications, and exceptional design within the metal buildings sector. An independent panel of judges selects the winners.
This year, the judges evaluated more than 130 submissions to identify the best projects in these categories: Agriculture; Auto Dealership; Church/Religious Centers; Commercial; Government/Institutional; Manufacturing/Industrial; Office; Recreation; Retail; Special Projects; Transportation; and Warehouse/Distribution.
Winners were announced in each category, with top category victors qualifying for the prestigious Excellence in Design top awards: Bronze, Silver, and Building of the Year.
